Phyllis is a highly experienced manager and founder of PES Executive Handling
with over 30 years of experience in aviation, delivering excellent personal service
to her customers. Her last 15 years were in a senior management role with British
Airways looking after Aberdeen, Glasgow and Inverness Airports with a track
record of success in driving high operational standards through sound planning
and strong leadership.
During her 27 years with British Airways Phyllis has provided a premium meet and
greet service to foreign dignitaries, royalty, politicians and VIPs flying in and out of
Aberdeen Airport.
She has great experience of International and domestic travel whilst coordinating
trips with her family over the years and has developed great insight into the
complexities of travel.
