Project Servator
At Aberdeen Airport, your safety and security are our number one priority. Police Scotland in partnership with Aberdeen Airport, run Project Servator, which involves intelligence-led, visible police deployments designed to disrupt criminality.
The deployments are designed to be unpredictable and can take place anywhere in and around the airport. They also use varying numbers of specially-trained uniformed police officers who are supported by other police assets, including plain clothed officers, firearms officers and police dogs.
They are also supported by security measures you can see, such as CCTV and vehicle checks, and others you can’t. They will patrol with trained security staff at sites across the airport.
You can play a vital role by being our extra eyes and ears. Remain vigilant and report anything that doesn’t feel right. Tell a police officer or member of staff immediately or call us on 101.
In an emergency always dial 999. Don’t leave it to someone else to report it.
